Return/Exchange Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and there will be no exceptions made for any reason.
Processing: Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order once placed. Orders may be received before the 10th business day.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, if your package is confirmed and delivered by USPS and you did not receive your item, you must file a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend that you provide the correct address and that you double check the information given, as we will do the same.
